International Contract Drafting - Risk Management for your International Business

 

My name is Annett Pée, I was born 1972 in Leipzig (Germany) and I'm the lawyer behind, and the founder of, International Law and Contract Consulting (ILCC).

 

I'm a qualified attorney in Germany and I started my international studies with a Masters in European Comparative Law (LL.M. Eur. 2000).

I have been member of the German Bar of Saonia since 2001 and I was member of the Italian Bar of Rome from 2002 to 2016.

 

I worked between 2001 and 2006 as an associate lawyer at the Rome-based Italian law firm Nunziante Magrone and also collaborated between 2004 and 2005 with the boutique Italian intellectual property law firm Barzanò & Zanardo, which is also located in Rome/Italy.

 

I have been advising internationally active companies since 2006 on the drafting of their international (B2B) agreements. I have done in Germany under the name  Internationale Vertrags- und Rechtsberatung/ International Law and Contract Consulting  - ILCC - since 2017 and in Finland under the name International Law Consulting Lapland - ILCL - since 2010, as well as doing so in Italy.

I work in close cooperation with the law firm Röber & Hess, lawyers, tax consultants, auditors.
